The issue remains, when I have TrueView installed, we cannot use another vital application, when it's uninstalled we cannot handle DWG files, which are also vital. I've even tried other viewers however these were not deemed fit for purpose for our user.I've used the Autodesk clean up tool to remove any residue of the applications and reinstalled with AV disabled.I've run the installer with anti-virus disabled.
This user is an admin, so the instructions in the KB do not apply, though I've gone through the effort of checking that she has these permissions. However I'm running into this issue with an application called "Siclops" (though that's besides the point) whenever I install DWG. I am aware that this is a known issue and there is a KB article about it:
